Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. Not recommended for children or if you are sensitive to caffeine. Consult your physician if you are under 18 years of age or taking medication. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Each bottle contains 300mg of caffeine, about as much caffeine as 2 cups of coffee.
