Shipping is quick and easy when it comes to purchasing from The Supplement Warehouse. All orders over $150 get free shipping!

We understand that sometimes you need your purchase fast, while other times the cost-savings outweigh the waiting. Therefore, we work with several different carriers to help you get the best shipping option to meet your needs, including: 

After placing an order with The Supplement Headquarters, you will receive a tracking number (unless you opt for delivery via USPS, which does not offer shipment tracking). Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your email. Any inquiries regarding the location of your package should be made directly to the carrier. Once a package is shipped, our customer service team only has the information available via your tracking number. 

NOTE: As of this time, we are currently unable to ship internationally. All listed transit times are estimates and may vary. For those of you unfamiliar with SurePost, it is a shipping option that uses UPS’ shipping network but is more affordable. It also offers the tracking option that is unavailable with USPS.

Military APO/FPO Rules

It’s no problem for us to ship to APO/FPO military addresses! In fact, we ship many APO/FPO orders every day. 

Shipping fees for APO/FPO orders are the same as domestic (USA) orders and are treated as such. Therefore, you must choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option (not the more expensive international mail option!) 

FedEx does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses at this time. The Supplement Headquarters will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed APO/FPO shipments.

Returns and Exchanges

Got an item you need to return? No problem! Here’s everything you need to know about The Supplement Warehouse’s return policy:

Returns 

We have a strict 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund of in-store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, gels, RTD drinks cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items:

– Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for store credit. 

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or clearance cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
